Job summary

Wabtec seeks an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the IMS across IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001. You will manage a team of quality, safety, environmental, and energy professionals, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include audits, CAPA, documentation control, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience in quality, health and safety, environmental management, or energy management.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience implementing and maintaining integrated management systems and conducting internal/external audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) per IRIS 22163 and ISO standards.
• Lead internal audits, manage CAPA processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy management.
