Job summary

Wabtec is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager in Spain to lead the IMS, ensuring IRIS 22163 and ISO standards compliance while driving continuous improvement. You will supervise quality, safety, environmental, and energy teams across audits, documentation, and regulatory reporting.

The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration to uphold safety, quality, and environmental performance for projects and operations in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science.
• Master in occupational health and safety, energy management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, health and safety, environmental or energy management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Lead internal audits and ensure corrective actions across standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation and records.
• Drive continuous improvement with KPI tracking and risk management.
