Job summary

Wabtec is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s integrated management system across quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy domains.

You will manage a team of professionals, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management or environmental science.
• Master’s degree in occupational health and safety, energy management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, health and safety, environmental management or energy management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IRIS 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001.
• Experience with integrated management systems and auditing processes.
• Problem-solving (FTA, 8D, RCA).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) development, implementation and maintenance across IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and related standards.
• Oversee internal audit program including planning, execution, and CAPA follow-up.
• Maintain IMS documentation, records and reports per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate STRAP context review, risk and opportunity management, and management review processes.
• Promote safety culture and lead safety, environmental and energy management initiatives.
