Wabtec is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager in Spain to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s integrated management system across IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards.

You will supervise a team handling quality, safety, environmental, and energy management, conduct audits, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering or related field with strong quality knowledge.
• Experience leading integrated management systems across multiple standards is required.
• Auditing experience and knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure IRIS 22163 and ISO compliance.
• Lead the internal audit program, plan and follow up on CAPAs across standards.
• Maintain documentation and records per regulatory requirements and customer needs.
• Coordinate STRAP context review, risk and opportunity management, and management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, environmental, and energy management across the organization.
