Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s integrated management system. You will drive compliance with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, a Master’s in OH&S or energy management is a plus, and a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science or equivalent.; Master’s in occupational health and safety, energy management or related field is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, health and safety, environmental management or energy management.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) per IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
Lead audits, ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met, and drive CAPA and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and oversee training, risk management and documentation control.
Support certification processes and liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
