Job summary

Wabtec in Spain seeks an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the IMS and ensure IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 compliance across quality, health, safety, environment and energy management.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, auditors and technicians, drive internal audits, CAPA, and certification activities, and coordinate with the site leadership to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science or related field is required.
• Master in occupational health and safety, energy management, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO IRIS 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with IRIS 22163 and ISO standards.
• Lead internal audits, CAPA processes, and manage the audit program across quality, safety, environment, and energy.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reports in alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate certification processes and surveillance audits with external bodies.
• Lead safety, environmental, and energy initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
