Job summary

Wabtec is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the IMS, ensuring compliance with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. You will manage a team across quality, safety, environmental, and energy disciplines and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires auditing leadership, CAPA execution, regulatory liaison, and implementation of STRAP and management reviews to sustain high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science.
• Master’s degree in occupational health and safety, energy management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, health & safety, environmental, or energy management.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001.
• Experience with integrated management systems and auditing.
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Lead internal audit program and ensure CAPA.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and liaison with authorities.
• Promote safety culture and conduct risk assessments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for STRAP and management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality, safety, environmental, and energy management.
