Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s integrated management system. You will ensure compliance with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and other related standards across quality, health, safety, environmental, and energy management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science required.
• Master in occupational health and safety, energy management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, health and safety, environmental, or energy management.
• Experience with integrated management systems and audits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate corrective actions across standards.
• Ensure documentation and records meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance on continuous improvement.
• Manage risks, regulatory compliance, and safety initiatives across the site.
• Drive energy management programs and improve energy efficiency with EnPIs.
• Engage with regulators and certification bodies as needed.
• Lead training on health, safety, environmental, and energy topics.
