Job summary

Wabtec is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager in Spain to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on quality, health, safety, environment, and energy management. You will drive strategy, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance with IRIS 22163 and multiple ISO standards, while collaborating with site leadership and cross-functional teams to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science; Master in occupational health and safety, energy management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in quality management, health/safety, environmental or energy management roles.
• Experience with Quality Systems (ISO 9001, IRIS 22163) and EHS Systems (ISO 14001, 45001, 50001).
• Experience with integrated management systems and auditing (internal/external).
• Strong problem-solving skills (FTA, 8D, RCA).
• Knowledge of APQP and project management.
• EEM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong coordination and documentation management skills.
• Office suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Ensure compliance with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and WMS.
• Lead internal audit program across standards with corrective actions.
• Maintain IMS documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with management on STRAP contextual reviews and risk management.
• Represent company during certification or surveillance audits.
• Improve quality, safety, environment, and energy performance via KPIs.
• Drive regulatory compliance and liaison with authorities.
