Wabtec is seeking an Integrated Quality Systems Manager to lead the IMS across quality, health, safety, environmental and energy management. You will drive strategy, audits, and continuous improvement, aligning with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Site Directors and regulators.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality/environmental science; Master in OHS/energy management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in quality, health & safety, environment or energy management roles.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) per IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001.
• Lead internal audit programs and coordinate corrective actions across standards.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality, safety, environmental, and energy management.
• Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams during certification and surveillance activities.
