IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef in Cebreros, Spain. In this role, you will manage all aspects of the pastry kitchen, create and innovate menu items, and lead a skilled team. A strong background in luxury hospitality and a culinary degree are essential.

You will also prioritize sustainability and quality while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with relevant certifications and experience.

Formación

• Minimum five years’ experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality environments.
• Valid Food Handler Certificate and Food Safety Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the Pastry Kitchen.
• Develop, test and cost new recipes and menu items.
• Lead, mentor and develop the pastry team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
