You will ensure adherence to quality service standards, oversee kitchen operations, and maintain sustainability practices. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, along with a diploma in Culinary Arts.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels as Chef de Cuisine.
• Passion for excellence and understanding of luxury customer needs.
• Valid European work permit is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Support Culinary Director in the culinary department operations.
• Ensure adherence to LQA standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead a team of hosts to deliver exceptional service.
