Nikki Beach Marbella is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead a refined dessert program for a summer 2025 launch. You will craft elegant menus, manage full pastry operations, and collaborate with senior culinary leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong technique, creativity, HACCP compliance, and the ability to inspire a team in a fast-paced luxury setting. English fluency is mandatory; Spanish or German is a plus, with evenings and weekends required.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Deep knowledge of pastry techniques, chocolate work, baking, and plated dessert design.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially under pressure.
• A high level of creativity paired with strong technical execution.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and HACCP procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute a high-end dessert menu that aligns with our culinary identity.
• Lead full dessert production from mise en place to service in high-volume operations.
• Collaborate with Global Chef, Cluster Chef, and Head Chef for cohesive menu integration.
• Innovate with new recipes, techniques, and plating styles while upholding brand refinement.
• Oversee pastry inventory, ordering, and waste minimization.
• Ensure desserts meet HACCP standards and hygiene protocols.
