Job summary

BingX EU is hiring for a fully remote, long-term role focused on business development with KOLs and crypto projects. You will identify, contact, negotiate, and close partnership deals, while designing campaigns to boost KOL trading activity and market expansion across international regions.

The role requires proven KOL portfolio management, negotiation skills, and the ability to grow accounts. English and local languages are valued as the company expands its remote workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing a portfolio of KOLs with consistent monthly trading volume.
• Experience negotiating exclusive partnerships and commission or rebate programs.
• Ability to reactivate underperforming partners, retain top performers, and grow accounts.
• Strong understanding of KOL quality assessment including engagement and activity.

• Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL/Influencers.
• Support KOL/Influencers and design campaigns to increase trading volume.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans, assist the team to complete the introduction, negotiation, cooperation and signing of business cooperation projects.
• Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL/Influencers.
• Support KOL/Influencers and design special campaigns to increaseKOL/Influencers trading volume.
• Build partnerships with KOL/Influencers or crypto projects, and promote cooperation with each other.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOL/Influencers.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of active KOLs that generates consistent monthly trading volume.
• Experience negotiating exclusive partnerships and structuring performance-based commission or rebate programs.
• Ability to reactivate underperforming partners, retain top-performing KOLs, and grow existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of KOL quality assessment, including audience authenticity, engagement, trader conversion, and trading activity.
• Ability to develop and execute regional KOL acquisition strategies independently.
• Proficiency in English and local languages.
