Job summary

BingX EU is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to expand partnerships across Europe as it prepares for MiCA licensing and regulated operations. You will negotiate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), identify new markets, and build long-term relationships with clients, while working in a diverse international team focused on Web3 and fintech innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in business development or related role.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and local languages is essential.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans and assist in introducing, negotiating, cooperating and signing business deals.
• Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOLs.
• Support KOLs and design campaigns to increase KOL trading volume.
• Build partnerships with key opinion leaders or crypto projects and promote cooperation.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOLs/clients.
