BingX EU is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across Europe. You will formulate growth plans, identify and close strategic partnerships, and design campaigns with KOLs to boost trading activity.

You will work within an international, fast-moving Web3 and fintech environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to unlock new markets and ensure long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Formación

• Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or similar.
• Knowledge of crypto markets is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate business development plans, assist the team with introductions, negotiations, cooperation and signing deals.
• Contact, negotiate and close profitable deals with potential KOL.
• Support KOLs and design campaigns to increase KOL trading volume.
• Build partnerships with KOLs or crypto projects and promote cooperation.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing KOLs/clients.
