Concentrix in Barcelona (on-site) seeks an Inside Sales Representative who speaks Italian and English. You will lead follow-up calls with prospects, represent a premium automotive brand, and support the retailer sales teams with clear, structured feedback.

Formación

• High school diploma (minimum), with background in business, communications, or automotive studies.
• Experience in customer service or sales—ideally automotive or luxury sectors.
• Clear and confident communication, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele.
• Structured, professional, discreet in handling pricing or commercial offers.
• Comfortable following a scripted call approach and submitting written reports.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a product
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
• Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
• Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
• Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
