PTC Inc in Barcelona is offering a Business Development Internship for an Italian speaker. You will join a multinational Inside Sales team and gain hands-on experience in lead generation, customer follow-up, and cross-department collaboration.

The program provides coaching, seminars, 1-1 meetings, and mentorship, with a hybrid work arrangement three days in Poblenou and two from home. Fluency in Italian and English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Degree-educated and currently enrolled as a student.
• Eligibility for internship agreement through a University is mandatory.
• Minimum 6-month internship availability.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in Italian and English. Spanish is considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects within the Software install base.
• Proactively follow up with customers to get their feedback on previously delivered services, guarantee their satisfaction, and develop ideas for pitch modification to more successfully advertise services.
• Collaborate with professionals from other departments to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies, and other business-related topics.
• Mediate conflict in situations where customers are disgruntled or seeking recompense and provide solutions that reestablish credibility and maintain business but effectively benefit the customer.
