• Resolve complex player inquiries regarding account security, payment methods, and game functionality.
• Maintain a deep understanding of gaming industry trends and community standards to ensure top-tier support.
• Foster a positive player experience, reflecting the brand’s reputation as a leader in the international esports market.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting recurring technical issues and potential game bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to **escalate** critical technical incidents effectively.
• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and an understanding of modern gaming platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer support is an asset, though not mandatory if your passion for gaming is evident.
