Onclusive, a world leader in media intelligence, is hiring a Business Development Representative in Madrid. You will identify target accounts, engage senior Marketing and PR leaders, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in the office and fluency in English and Italian. You'll manage outreach across calls, emails, and LinkedIn, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Marketing and Solutions teams to convert campaigns into qualified pipeline.

• Run multi-channel outreach to generate interest and secure meetings.

• Schedule sales-qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions teams to maximise conversions.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Articulate the value of Onclusive's media intelligence suite.
