Job summary

Murphy AI in Barcelona is seeking a BDR to build outbound pipeline across international markets. You will identify high-potential accounts, craft market- and persona-specific outreach, and collaborate with AEs and Revenue leadership to turn conversations into qualified opportunities.

Fluent English is essential, and proficiency in two of Italian, Spanish, French or Arabic is required. This hybrid role offers growth into AE or leadership positions and an opportunity to shape Murphy's outbound

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in BDR/SDR or similar outbound sales roles.
• Experience with Enterprise or Account-Based outbound.
• Proven track record hitting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Fluent in at least two of Italian, Spanish, French or Arabic.
• Ability to research accounts and engage senior decision-makers.
• AI fluency and use of AI to improve work.
• Willing to grow into AE or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate real pipeline across multiple markets.
• Own outbound prospecting across markets and identify high-potential accounts.
• Develop targeted outbound campaigns by market, persona and use case.
• Prospect across multiple countries and languages.
• Qualify opportunities and set up meetings with senior buyers.
• Help build the outbound playbook and processes for future BDRs.
• Use AI tools to research accounts, personalise outreach and automate repetitive work.
