BMC Software is hiring a Business Development Representative in Madrid (Hybrid) to build a quality sales pipeline and support the field sales team in driving new revenue. You will identify opportunities, conduct targeted outreach, and engage decision makers across our global organization.

You will work with a world-class enablement team and participate in ongoing training to accelerate your sales career while contributing to continuous growth.

Formación

• Fluency in English (C1) and additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Ability to tell compelling stories and articulate achievements.
• Strong business awareness and proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in sales or prospecting in a B2B environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Field Sales to build a territory plan and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Use digital sales tools to turn inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities.
• Help the team improve pipeline efficiency and close deals more effectively.
• Identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
• Participate in enablement and training programs to stay at the top of your game.
• Benefit from global projects and innovative initiatives within BMC.
