Pack - AI Change Management Platform is seeking a proactive sales professional to join our sales department in Spain. The role requires fluency in Italian and at least B2 level English, with an initial in-office period at our Barcelona offices.

Afterward, you may work fully remote or in a hybrid setup. You will drive outbound activities, run high-volume cold calls, and book meetings with HR leaders and decision makers.

Qualificações

• Mastery in cold calling.
• Basic copywriting understanding.
• Experience using a CRM, especially HubSpot.
• Passion for startups and learning through practice.
• Curiosity and resilience.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, flexible environments.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily outbound activity with a strong focus on cold calling.
• Book meetings through high-volume call sessions with HR leaders and decision makers.
• Test scripts, objections and angles directly on calls to accelerate learning.
• Use LinkedIn and email to support and warm up calls, not replace them.
• Track and improve call performance inside HubSpot.
