Factorial is seeking an SEO Manager to lead the Italian market, owning the SEO strategy and driving organic growth across the funnel. You will work with content, product, and growth teams to integrate SEO into product initiatives and use data to identify opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of SEO experience, strong technical and content SEO skills, and fluency in Italian. The role is based in Barcelona, with a dynamic, cross-functional marketing team.

Formación

• 2–4 years of SEO experience in agency or SaaS is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics.
• Hands-on with GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the Italian SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP dives.
• Perform technical SEO audits and set priorities to improve site health and performance.
• Collaborate with content, product, and growth teams to embed SEO.
• Create data-driven content briefs aligned with user intent and conversion goals.
• Monitor performance using SEO tools and analytics.
• Test hypotheses and iterate to improve rankings and leads.
