Factorial is seeking a dynamic Head of SEO to lead our global organic growth strategy across traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and AI‑powered discovery.

Reporting to Marketing leadership, you will head a four‑person team spanning France, Germany, Italy, and Spain/Portugal, and collaborate closely with Digital Experience, Website, Content, and Performance Marketing to convert visibility into demand and revenue.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading SEO at senior leadership level (Head of SEO/SEO Director).
• Proven track record delivering substantial organic growth across international markets.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with CRO knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Own Factorial's global organic growth strategy across markets and product categories.
• Lead GEO strategy and AI-powered discovery initiatives with a hands-on approach.
• Drive organic performance in key markets and align SEO with pipeline and revenue.
• Coach and develop a UK/EU international SEO team of specialists.
• Collaborate with Digital Experience, Website, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Establish scalable SEO frameworks balancing global consistency with local needs.
