Job summary

coches.net is seeking an experienced SEO & GEO lead to shape growth for our marketplaces. You will report to the Head of SEO and embed with product teams to drive scalable, AI-ready organic growth across coches.net, motos.net and Milanuncios.

You will own the roadmap, champion technical SEO at scale, conduct data-driven experiments and collaborate with product, engineering and content teams to improve rankings, traffic and AI visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a dedicated SEO role for large-scale platforms.
• Experience scaling organic growth on multi-million page marketplaces.
• Understanding of AI search and GEO approaches.
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS/JS as they relate to SEO (React/Next.js).
• Strong data skills: SQL (BigQuery) and Python for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketplace's organic growth roadmap and execution.
• Lead GEO and AI search visibility across platforms (AI answers, LLMs).
• Embed SEO requirements into product design and development lifecycle.
• Identify and solve technical SEO issues at scale (crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals).
• Run large-scale SEO experiments and build automation to accelerate growth.
• Monitor and report on key SEO metrics and business impact.
• Communicate findings to product leadership and stakeholders.
• Guide content and keyword strategy aligned with user intent across search and AI.
