Pillar is seeking an experienced Growth SEO Lead to own the organic growth strategy across Europe, starting with Italy and Spain. You will work closely with the Growth & Performance Manager, the Brand team, and the data analyst to optimize content, structure, and AI visibility while building scalable pages and tools that answer real customer questions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hands-on SEO, strong technical SEO knowledge, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable organic growth.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawling, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience developing content strategies, topic clusters and calendars.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4 and tools like Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Italian at native level and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic growth end to end: research keywords and intent, plan content, refresh content and link internally to drive booked demos.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences and maintain high-quality sources.
• Build scalable pages and tools that answer real customer questions and attract traffic.
• Keep the website technically sound: collaborate with frontend on rendering, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Turn traffic into qualified opportunities by improving CTAs and conversion paths.
• Develop digital PR and backlinks to build authority.
