Job summary

Pillar, an Italian startup with a European vision, seeks an experienced SEO leader to drive organic growth across markets, starting in Italy and Spain. You will own end‑to‑end SEO, align with the Brand team on content, and collaborate with frontend and data analysts to turn traffic into booked demos.

You’ll build scalable pages, optimize for AI‑powered search, and drive digital PR to establish Pillar’s authority.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with measurable organic growth.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawling, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience developing content strategies, editorial calendars and content refreshes.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4 and tools like Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Native‑level Italian and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth end to end: research, site architecture, content briefs, internal linking and updates.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences and AI citations.
• Build scalable pages and resources from regional data and regulatory deadlines.
• Keep website technically sound with frontend collaboration on rendering and structured data.
• Turn traffic into qualified demos through optimized CTAs and conversion paths.
• Develop digital PR initiatives and secure high‑quality backlinks.
