Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating and supporting desktop-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all IT products and services, including troubleshooting and user guidance.
• Perform computer setups: OS, MS updates, antivirus, software, and network configurations.
• Set up iPhones and troubleshoot iOS devices.
• Log customer information in the ITSM system and update tickets through resolution.
• Resolve incidents and service requests and escalate when needed.
