CPL Aromas is seeking an IT professional to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure in Spain and France. You will work with internal IT teams, Group IT, and providers to maintain systems, support end users, and drive cybersecurity initiatives.

Responsibilities include desktop support, hardware/software maintenance, and collaboration across IT teams to align with business requirements. Travel for business is expected as needed.

Formación

• Academic studies related to IT.
• Professional experience in a similar position.
• High level of English and Spanish proficiency.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop issues for end users, and implement corrective solutions.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware and software to deliver service levels.
• Build, install, and test custom configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
• Collaborate with IT team to ensure efficient desktop computing operations.
• Troubleshoot issues with end-user network software for workstations.
• Ensure desktop connections and network jacks are functioning properly.
• Set up tests and applications to monitor desk performance and provide reports.
