Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide desk-based assistance, device setup and OS configuration, including iPhone/iOS troubleshooting. You will log issues in the ITSM system, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolutions.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. The role requires GCSEs including English and Maths, a degree in IT/technology, and desktop certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in desktop system operation and support.
• Ability to set up and configure devices, software, and OS images.
• Proficient in iPhone setup and iOS troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT products and services, answering questions and troubleshooting.
• Perform computer setups including OS, updates, antivirus, and network configuration.
• Troubleshoot iPhone setup and iOS issues.
• Research and escalate complex problems to specialized staff.
• Document issues and resolutions in ITSM system and close tickets.
• Resolve incidents and service requests and communicate resolutions.
