Edwards Lifesciences in Spain is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site hardware/software support for desktops, laptops, peripherals and VOIP devices. You will troubleshoot issues, manage imaging and deployment, and coordinate with third‑party vendors for equipment and warranties.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of IT hardware/software experience, plus strong customer service and organizational skills.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline or related certificate.
• 5 years of work experience including IT hardware/software experience.
• Strong customer service focused skills.
• Effective cable management skills to maintain organized work stations and data closets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT hardware support to install, integrate and maintain computing devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and/or software for desktops, laptops, peripherals (Tier 2/3).
• Configure and manage customer workstation and portable devices per imaging/deployment processes.
• Perform daily support tasks for desktops, laptops and peripherals including VOIP and A/V as applicable.
• Define lifecycle upgrade requirements and assist IT Technicians/Technologists on projects.
• Train users on hardware, software and related systems; brief, small group or hands-on sessions.
