Responsibilities include supporting users, maintaining workstations and servers, troubleshooting incidents end-to-end, managing network devices, and ensuring software licenses and documentation are up to date.

Formación

• Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in IT support, systems, or networking roles.
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments, network troubleshooting, and hardware configuration.

Responsabilidades

• You’ll support IT infrastructure and daily operations.
• Provide technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network).
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents end-to-end and resolve issues.
• Manage network devices and connectivity.
• Support business applications and software licenses.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and incidents.
