Empresa Confidencial is seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT team in the energy sector. You will maintain the IT environment, provide user support, and contribute to digitalization projects for about 220 users across international offices.

You will handle 1st and 2nd level support, onboarding/offboarding, equipment configuration, software maintenance, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tasks, and both remote and on-site assistance.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Experience with user management tools (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to technical issues.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve IT tickets and incidents (1st and 2nd line).
• Onboard and offboard users in corporate systems (email, AD).
• Configure and deliver IT equipment (laptops, phones, peripherals).
• Install, maintain and update corporate software.
• Assist with IT onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain and support private cloud services.

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join the IT team of an international company operating in the energy sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT environment, providing user support, and actively participating in digitalization projects, supporting approximately 220 users across international offices.

What will you help with?

• Ticket and incident resolution (1st and 2nd level support)
• User onboarding and offboarding in corporate systems (email, Active Directory, etc.)
• Configuration and delivery of IT equipment (laptops, mobile phones, peripherals)
• Installation, maintenance, and updating of corporate software
• IT onboarding of new employees
• Maintenance and support of private cloud services
• Active Directory administration in Windows environments
• On-site and remote user support
• Basic maintenance of networks, printers, and other connected devices
• Participation in internal digitalization projects

Who you are:

• Education in IT, computer systems, or a related field
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with user management tools (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly and effectively to technical issues
