Empresa Privada - Confidencial is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our growing international organization. The role focuses on administering, monitoring, and improving IT infrastructure across multiple locations to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in systems administration, strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization, plus Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or similar IT role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualization.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
• Knowledge of Intune and Windows Autopilot is an advantage.
• Good understanding of monitoring, security practices and identity management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join a growing international organization.

This role is responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services, ensuring performance, availability, security, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proactive mindset and enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating projects, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization environments, and related infrastructure services.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and identity management services.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization, automation initiatives, security enhancements, and service reliability improvements.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects, from planning and design through implementation and operational handover.
• Manage hardware and software lifecycle activities, including asset inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to support business and IT initiatives.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex infrastructure-related issues.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and partners to ensure effective service delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Support the ongoing development of technology platforms and IT operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure management, or a similar IT role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of infrastructure monitoring, security practices, and identity management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and service‑oriented approach.
