Epergne Solutions in Barcelona, Spain, seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Analyst to maintain and secure enterprise IT services. You will manage Windows servers, AD, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure while aligning with security best practices and manufacturing IT needs.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure high availability, incident response readiness, and compliant IT operations across local and Europe-wide sites.

Formación

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, or systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity technologies and responding to security incidents.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and end-user issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT operations and participating in technology implementation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and technology projects.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for support, maintenance, and issue resolution when required.
• Maintain IT documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
• Participate in infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives that enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Analyst to support enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, end-user computing, and manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will work closely with internal technology teams and external partners to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT services while maintaining high service availability and operational standards.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Europe, if required.

Preferred Qualifications
