Formación

Digitize the German midmarket as an IT Specialist in System Integration.

Your Tasks

• Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems supporting business operations.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems through continuous maintenance and support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
• Proactively monitor system performance, availability, and security, and implement improvements when necessary.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and technical procedures.
• Work closely with cross‑functional IT teams to support integrated, cohesive system environments.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including KRITIS and DORA requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent technical background.
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in system integration, ideally within a Service Operation Center environment.
• Technical Skills: Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, macOS); Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V); Cloud (AWS, Azure); Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies).
• Certifications (preferred): CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or comparable certifications.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Excellent teamwork and communication abilities; Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement; Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 shift schedules.
• Languages: German (B2); English (B1/B2).
