Super in Madrid is seeking an IT Service Engineer to provide hands-on IT support, managing Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Notion, and Zoom, and helping standardize IT infrastructure during product scaling. You will also handle onboarding/offboarding and contribute to automation projects.

The role requires hybrid work from Madrid, with responsibility for ticket queues, knowledge base, and cross‑team collaboration to improve operational IT services for staff worldwide.

Formación

• Minimum secondary school / vocational IT qualification.
• BA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently resolve hardware, software, and access tickets, improving documented processes along the way
• Administer core platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Notion, and Zoom
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN/ZTNA and remote access solutions
• Set up and support advanced workplace IT configurations (meeting rooms, printers, town hall spaces)
• Build and maintain basic automation workflows using Slack Workflows, Zapier, Google Workspace automations, and n8n
• Manage and prioritise a personal ticket queue effectively
• Maintain and improve IT knowledge base entries
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end
• Escalate complex issues with clear diagnosis notes and follow up until resolved
