Quince is seeking a senior IT Engineer 3 to join our growing technology operations team in Madrid. You will support the IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for all employees, both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding from an IT perspective, asset lifecycle management, and maintaining video conferencing, Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack access. You will collaborate with global teams to drive security and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–8 years IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Strong Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack administration skills.
• Familiarity with video conferencing systems and security standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees onsite and remotely.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
• Oversee asset lifecycle for laptops and peripherals.
• Set up and maintain video conferencing systems (Zoom, Meet).
• Handle access provisioning for core business systems (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack).
• Document IT processes and inventory records for compliance.
• Collaborate with global IT and security teams on best practices.
• Support office technology operations and assist in audits and improvements.
