Job summary

Fever in Madrid is seeking an IT Support Specialist to help our global team. You will handle service desk tasks, prepare laptops for new hires, and provide on-site and remote support across Windows and macOS.

You will design and automate IT processes, manage Google Workspace and licenses, and maintain audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms. The role offers to work with Fever offices worldwide and contribute to a fast-growing global leader.

Qualifications

• +1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages are welcome).
• Experience installing and managing networks is desirable.
• Desirable to have knowledge about Jira or other ticketing tools.
• Be decisive and organised.
• Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees globally.
• Plan, design and develop our IT environment and processes that can be automated.
• Prepare onboarding and IT material for new employees.
• Manage Google systems and licences.
• Manage tech material.
• Support and maintenance of audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms.
• Support Fever offices around the world.
• Collaborate and maintain the quality and environmental management system.
• Make proper use of resources and segregate waste.
