Job summary

Shalion in Barcelona is hiring an IT Support professional to maintain hardware, software, and network systems. You will manage Microsoft Admin Console, Google Workspace, SSO, domain management, and Notion docs, while supporting an international team in a hybrid setup.

The role includes asset inventory, IT policy management, and assisting with ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance. English proficiency is required, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Admin Console and Google Workspace.
• Single sign-on integrations knowledge.
• Domain creation and management.
• Technical documentation in Notion.
• English proficiency for an international team.
• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software IT support (Windows and MacOS).
• Create and maintain local asset inventory.
• Support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other tools.
• Assist with ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance and training.
• Manage IT equipment policies and administration.
• Office network management and second-line configuration.
• Support other offices and tools used by the company.
• Identify areas to improve user experience and productivity.
