Capitole is seeking an IT technical support professional in Madrid. In this role, you will manage user support and incident management while ensuring the smooth operation of workplace services.

You will work in a hybrid model (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) and be responsible for administering Active Directory, providing support, and maintaining technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows environments, networking, and experience with Jira.

Formación

• Vocational Training (IT) or higher education in a related field.
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and policy management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, track and resolve incidents and service requests through Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management.
• Provide onsite and remote support to end users.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory and related policies.
