Job summary

UL Solutions seeks an IT Project Manager to lead a global digital platform for Retail & Consumer Products. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote) and based in Warsaw or Barcelona, Poland/Spain.

Responsibilities include delivering projects on budget, coordinating cross-geographies, and communicating with senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree and PMP/Agile certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale, distributed projects with multiple threads.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required with hands-on delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of a global digital platform.
• Deliver projects within budget and schedule meeting requirements.
• Define program governance and manage interdependencies across projects.
• Interface with C-suite, business unit leaders, and vendors; manage ROI and financials.
