Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a global customer-facing digital platform for Retail & Consumer Products. Hybrid model: 3 days in office, 2 from home; base location Warsaw or Barcelona.

You will drive SDLC-based programs, manage budgets, risks, and milestones, and report to senior leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/MA or CS/IT).
• Over ten years of project management experience on large-scale, multi-thread programs.
• Experience with business case development for major capital investments.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred; ITIL Foundations optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of global digital platforms.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and interdependencies across projects.
• Interface with C-Suite executives and business leaders; report on ROI/IRR.
• Coordinate cross-geography projects and governance across programs.
