Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a global customer‑facing digital platform for our Retail & Consumer Products business. The role is based in Barcelona or Warsaw with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

You will manage large‑scale, cross‑geographical projects, align with senior leadership, define governance, and drive ROI and other financial measures while coordinating resources and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across large, distributed programs.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience building business cases and ROI analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of global digital platform projects.
• Manage budget, schedule, scope, and governance across multiple teams.
• Interface with C-Suite, finance, and supplier relationships.
