Job summary

UL Solutions IT Project Manager role seeks a seasoned leader to drive a global customer‑facing digital platform for Retail & Consumer Products. The position follows a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 from home) and is based in Warsaw, Poland or Barcelona, Spain.

You will oversee SDLC, govern multi‑project programs, and coordinate with executives on ROI and budgeting while leading cross‑functional teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with cross-geographical project coordination and management.
• Experience developing business cases for major capital investments.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required with hands-on delivery experience; ITIL Foundations optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform.
• Manage projects within budget and schedule while meeting business requirements.
• Track milestones and report progress to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Oversee SDLC with basic technical understanding of software development.
• Plan programs, monitor progress, and govern lifecycle processes across requirements, development, testing, and QA.
• Provide leadership to one or more project teams and manage risks and issues.
• Interface with executives and business unit leaders; develop ROI and other financial measures; manage vendor relationships.
• Define program governance and coordinate interdependencies across projects.
