Job summary

UL Solutions seeks an IT Project Manager to lead, deliver and evolve a global customer‑facing platform for Retail & Consumer Products. The role operates in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 from home) and is based in Barcelona, Spain or Warsaw, Poland.

You will plan the overall program, monitor progress, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple teams across sites while interfacing with executives and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required with hands‑on delivery experience.
• ITIL Foundations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and development of global IT programs with broad scope.
• Manage budgets, schedules and strategic business requirements.
• Track milestones, governance, risk management and stakeholder updates.
• Interface with C-suite and leaders; coordinate cross‑geographical teams.
• Oversee SDLC adherence and program governance across lifecycle phases.
