Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a global customer‑facing digital platform for our Retail & Consumer Products business. The role is hybrid, based in Warsaw, Poland or Barcelona, Spain, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, govern programs, and interface with executives, developing ROI/IRR metrics and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required with hands‑on delivery experience.
• ITIL Foundations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of a global customer‑facing digital platform.
• Deliver projects within budget and schedule meeting strategic/business requirements.
• Track milestones and advise leadership on progress and risks.
• Understand SDLC with basic technical understanding of software development.
