Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform for our Retail & Consumer Products business. The role follows a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and is based in Warsaw, Poland or Barcelona, Spain.

You will plan, monitor and govern software/technology programs, with responsibility for scope, budget, and schedule, while aligning with strategic business requirements across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MA, or master's in CS/IT)
• PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred but not required; ITIL Foundations preferred but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a global customer-facing digital platform for Retail & Consumer Products
• Manage budgets, schedules and risks; track milestones and adjust with leadership
• Coordinate SDLC processes, gate reviews, testing and QA before go-live
• Interface with executives and business units; develop ROI/IRR and vendor management across geographies
