Job summary

UL Solutions seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform for Retail & Consumer Products. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) and located in Warsaw or Barcelona.

You will drive program governance, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across sites. Required is a Bachelors degree with 10+ years of PM experience; MBA or MSc preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors' degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing large, distributed projects across geographies.
• Experience developing business cases for major capital investments.
• Experience with cross-geographical project coordination and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of a global digital platform.
• Plan program governance and interdependencies; manage scope, budget and schedule.
• Monitor SDLC stages and gate reviews across requirements, development, testing and QA.
• Interface with C-suite, executives, and business units; manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate resources and projects across multiple sites and teams.
